The possession date for Arvind Lakeview is set for 31st December 2027 onwards, three years from the project's launch in December 2024. The project will be finished on the correct date without any delay.

The possession date is the date on which the buyers can take complete ownership of their booked properties. It marks the completion of the project, and it getting all approvals. On this big day, buyers can access their homes fully and can start moving into their dream homes.

There are 2 types of possession dates in this project,

  • Pre-Possession Date: Builders allow all buyers to take a view of their booked houses and take note of any defects during the evaluation stage. This date will come before the given possession date.
  • Actual Possession Date: The buyer will officially become the owner and have control over the property after the builder legally passes the keys to them. It is the time when the buyer can start to reside in the home.

Before possession, certain documents must be checked before moving to the houses. These will show that the project is legally authorized to take buyers. These documents are

  • Occupancy certificate (OC)
  • Completion certificate (CC)
  • Approval from BMRDC and BDA

All these documents will give buyers the security that the project is passed out without any issues.

Arvind Lakeview will have on-time delivery as it is a RERA approved project, without any compromise in quality. The units will be built with safety and it will be durable for years. If the possession date of this project is delayed,

  • All buyers can claim compensation amount from the builder till they get their property for ownership each month.
  • Buyers can withdraw their booking, and they can seek a refund. The builder must return the full amount that the buyer pays along with the interest amount.
  • If the builder does not give compensation, they will have a fine of up to 10% of the project cost.

Buyers can initially plan to move to their booked houses based on the given ownership dates. Arvind Lakeview will have a correct on-time delivery on the given possession time without any conciliation in its building quality, which makes it a good investment option in Bannerghatta Road in South Bangalore.
